Pilates equipment program in small groups of 5 people

Pilates Mini Group

The groups are divided by levels (beginners and advanced) with the aim of learning the Pilates method, strengthening the muscular system and improving the physical condition of the trainees.

Pilates Classes

01.
Beginners section

This level is ideal for new students to build their knowledge of the fundamentals of Pilates, while also giving them the opportunity to develop their coordination and strength.

02.
Advanced Section

This level is only recommended for students who have already attended and mastered the basic practices of Pilates. Due to the intensity of the movement and transitions between movements a certain level of coordination and strength is required from each student to ensure safety.
